       The 32-bit series of microcontroller based on the PowerPC core, are designed for high-end automotive body and gateway applications. Key features include:

1. High-performance PowerPC C3007 processor with 7-stage pipeline, supporting floating-point instructions, with operating frequency at 300MHz

2. On-chip storage: ECC protect memory of maximum 2.5MB CFlash, 512KB DFlash and 416KB RAM

3. Automotive-grade certification: AEC-Q100, Grade1

4. Function safety: ISO 26262 ASIL-B

5. Multiple packaging selection: LQFP176, LQFP144 and LQFP100

6. Enhanced time processing unit (eTPU2)
